Moody Tongue Brewing Company is a short hop away, and their brews are just the ticket after a day of exploring. Plus, I got to enjoy the sweet hospitality from Ms. Jackie at the front desk—she turned my frown upside down! The pillows? Let’s just say they cradled me like a cloud.
Now, for the hiccups—waking up to freezing water after dropping $217 a night? No thanks! I was left high and dry for my big meeting. Complained but no refund in sight even after days of back and forth. Talk about a letdown!

Had a great time with friends! The staff was super friendly and helped us get to fun spots like The Escape Game and the Shedd. We loved the spacious rooms and the free parking was a bonus. Just keep in mind, the hotel is undergoing some updates, but it didn't affect our stay much. Definitely worth it for the location and comfy atmosphere.
The only downside was the cleanliness in our area. the stairs were pretty dusty and could have used some attention. It wasn't a huge issue, but worth noting for future guests.

I had a pleasant stay at Wyndham in Chicago. The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown attractions. The staff greeted me with smiles and were quick to offer recommendations for nearby restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that offered a great night's sleep. However, the elevators were frequently out of service during my stay, which was quite inconvenient, especially when carrying my luggage. I also noticed limited seating in the lobby, making it feel a bit crowded at times. The cleaning staff was friendly, but some areas, like the hallways, had lingering odors that could be improved. Overall, I enjoyed my time here despite those few inconveniences.

The gated free parking offers peace of mind, crucial for anyone worried about their ride. The large, clean rooms provide ample space to stretch out after a long day, making it a solid base for exploring the area.
The absence of hot water for several hours posed quite a challenge when it was time to freshen up. I also encountered a broken TV remote along with some cleaning oversights like an unstocked bathroom. The walk to nearby attractions seemed a bit sketchy after dark, which can be a concern for anyone who likes to venture out in the evening.

WiFi worked great and I could log into my streaming services to chill after the day. The snack bar was a plus too. Just wish it was closer to public transport. it’s a bit of a walk.
